and the Gokal Gupta and Dr. Romesh Japra. Mr. Sperber did not file representation for other
Defendants. Whereas Gokal Gupta for himself and
for Whereas Gupta admits the first
amendment of the 1984 bylaws in the original 1981 bylaws by Tej
Singh with 2/3 majority not by ¾ majority as required under
1981 bylaws, in their answers and affidavit of Gupta. They had shown 16 pages the first amendment
of 1984. Dr. Ramanand Prasad produced the missing 17
